How Many Times Have You Found Somthing Almost Valuable?

A couple weeks ago... No, more like a couple months ago... No... Ok, a while ago I was at work, working, and I happened to be picking up trash around the Church campus. It had been raining a lot last week and I was finding a fair amount of trash( about a cup and half of trash... I know because I had filled up one plastic cup and I needed another...) and as I was rounding the side of the Church I saw something kind of shiny. I went over a picked it up out of the dirt and low and behold there in my hand was a Diamond. But it seemed to be a bit big for it to be a real diamond, it was not huge but it was bigger then the normal tiny diamonds you see in rings... at least that is what I thought( I don't know much about diamonds except... well... they are shiny and... diamond shaped) so I was wondering what to do with it because there was still the chance it could be a real one and you can't just put a diamond in the lost and found. Well my Boss just happened to show up. And when he saw it he thought it could be a manufactured diamond, and if it was it could be worth something. Well we waited about three weeks and then he told me to get it appraised. So I took into a Diamond place... and after checking it they said it was for sure not a diamond, they said it was either glass or Sapphire. So now it is sitting on my Dresser collecting diamond dust.
That was number 1. Now to number 2

Just before spring break I came out of Chan Chun after class on my way to Paulin hall, now there are two ways to get to Paulin hall from Chan Chun. Left via past the TLC building and past the caf. and right past the Library and down the steps to Paulin. Or you could go right via past the TLC building down to the Church and through the Church campus and strait to Paulin hall. And for some weird reason I always go through the church to Paulin but I go the other way when I'm on my way to Chan Chun from Paulin. Anyway... I went right as usual and as I was passing the fireside room I looked down and there in front of me was a wad of cash! I picked it up... and it was... $15.00. now I'm not complaining but when you see a BIG wad of cash you expect there to be a lot money. I handed it to my Boss to see if he had dropped it and it turned out that he had not, but he waited and sent out an email to the college kids to see if anyone wanted to claim it... And no one did. Now that money is far far away after being used to pay for a couple of meals at the market( on Sunday I'm at the church 5-6 hours for work so I just go down to the market to eat lunch)
Here is Number 3
A couple weeks ago I was working on Sunday, like I work every Sunday, and while I was searching for trash( sound familiar?) I saw something... GREEN? it was a Huge necklace what-ch-ama-call-it( the things you put on a string to make it a necklace... not beads...) it appeared to be a part of a jade necklace. It was rectangular in shape and had a bunch of things carved in it and a hole through it( that's why I thought it went to a necklace) and though my boss wants me to see if it is worth anything, I just put it on my dresser... where it still is... collecting dust.
